Legal notice and terms
Last updated: 2026-10-04
This page identifies who operates georginaydenov.com (the “Site”), explains how the content on it may be used, and sets out the limits of what the Site promises. How personal data is handled is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
1. Provider of the Site
The Site is operated by Georgi Naydenov, an individual based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
- Email: [email protected]
- Contact form: the Contact form linked in the header or footer of every page.
- Postal address: available on request. If you need it, write to the email address above.
- VAT: Not VAT-registered.
The Site is a personal website operated by the individual named above, not by a company.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is a personal portfolio and blog. It is not the website of any employer or client of the operator. The operator’s current employer is named in the biography for context only, and the views published here are the operator’s own, not those of any organisation he works with or for.
3. Content and copyright
Unless a page says otherwise, the text, images, code samples, diagrams, and other material on the Site are the work of the operator, and all rights are reserved. You may read the Site, link to it, and quote short passages with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.
Copying the Site or substantial parts of it, republishing it, scraping it in bulk, or redistributing it requires the operator’s prior written permission. Search engines and other crawlers may index the Site and cite its pages as described in robots.txt; that access is not a licence to reuse the content, including to train machine-learning models, beyond what the law allows without permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
4. CV download
The CV and its PDF export are provided so that you can evaluate the operator’s candidacy or professional background. Please do not redistribute the document, publish it elsewhere, or process it in bulk with automated tools.
5. No professional advice and no engagement
Everything on the Site is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or other advice, and it is not a recommendation for your particular situation. Reading the Site, sending a message, or receiving a reply does not create a consulting, employment, or other professional relationship. Consulting or training work happens only under a separate written agreement.
6. Guest posts
Some blog posts are written by guest authors. A guest author is named on the post, and the views in it are the author’s own. The operator chooses what to publish and may edit, correct, or remove a guest post, but does not necessarily endorse every opinion in it.
7. External links
The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as GitHub, Kaggle, LinkedIn, agenticlibrary.net, and the resources featured on the Site. Those sites are outside the operator’s control, and the operator is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Some outbound links carry UTM parameters so that the destination can see that a visit came from this Site; no personal data is added to them.
8. Regional access restriction
Access to the Site from some countries is blocked. At the date above this applies to visitors whose connection is located in Lithuania. The country is derived from the visitor’s IP address at the network edge, as explained in the Privacy Policy. The list of blocked countries may change without notice.
9. Liability and governing law
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. The operator takes reasonable care to keep them accurate and available but does not guarantee that they are complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
Bulgarian law applies to this notice, and the Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
